在医学中心做完检查后，温颂的生命体征和各项指标一切正常，只是由于长期处于失重环境，肌肉有些萎缩，骨质也有一定程度的流失。

程澈看到这个结果担心不已，问医生道：“Very  serious?  How  long  will  it  take  to  recover?  Is  there  anything  I  can  do  to  help  Prof.Iseylia  recover  faster?”

（很严重吗？多久会恢复？有什么我能做的，帮助Iseylia教授更快恢复的办法吗？）

温颂笑了，握了握他的手说：“It’s  okay,  just  very  normal  body  reaction  after  being  microgravity  environment.”

（没关系的，只是处于微重力环境后身体很正常的身体反应）

医生也笑着点点头说：“yea,  take  it  easy  Mr.Cheng,  it’s  not  a  serious  problem.  I’ve  given  professor  some  medicine  to  help  her  recover  soon.  We  also  developed  a  daily  training  programme  for  professor  to  help  her  regain  the  normal  function  of  muscles  and  bones  faster,  and  to  readapt  the  earth's  environment,  as  well  as  a  medical  treatment  programme.

（是的，程先生，放轻松。我已经为给教授开了一些可以帮助她更快恢复的药物，我们也为教授制定了帮助她更快恢复肌肉和骨骼正常功能，以及重新适应地球环境的每日训练计划，以及医疗方案。）

So  no  worries,  professor  would  be  able  to  stand  without  pain  or  other  uncomfortable  symptoms  tomorrow,  and  walk  by  her  own  after  4-7  days.  After  14days,  the  quarantine  ends,  she  can  live  a  normal  life  do  most  of  her  daily  activities,  and  after  a  month,  she’ll  totally  recover.  “

（所以别担心，教授明天就可以站立，并且没有疼痛或者其他不适症状，4-7天后可以独立行走。14天后，隔离结束，她就可以过正常的生活以及进行大部分日常活动，一个月后，她就彻底康复了）

听医生这么说，程澈终于稍稍放心，弯下腰在温颂耳边小声说：“别担心，我陪着老婆做复健，我照顾你，我们慢慢来。”

“Ummm…  there’s  another  very  important  thing,  I  must  remind  you…”

（还有一件很重要的事情，我必须提醒你们）

医生顿了顿，看了他们，尤其是看了程澈好几眼，又说道，“Since  professor’s  bones  and  muscles  functions  haven’t  yet  recovered,  no  strenuous  exercise  during  the  14  days.  You  know,  what  I  mean  right?”

（因为教授的骨骼和肌肉功能还没有恢复，所以14天内不可以有剧烈运动。你们知道，我说的是什么，对吧）

说完，又看了程澈一眼，看得他瞬间脸红，只能握紧了温颂的手，一个劲地点头说：“Yea,  I  know,  yea,  we  know  it,  I  remembered,  we  won’t.”

（对，我知道，对，我们知道，我记住了，我们不会的）

温颂看见程澈害羞脸红的样子，笑得十分开心，也点点头说：“yea,  I  also  remembered.”
